Massive Open Online Courses or MOOCs have gained a lot of popularity in recent years, offering learners access to a vast amount of educational content on various topics. With the ongoing pandemic and shift to remote work, online education has seen significant growth, and MOOCs have become an effective way to drive career development and corporate eLearning. This course is designed to help high school teachers enhance their competencies in online didactics and anyone interested in setting up a MicroMOOC effectively. The course covers essential strategies for planning a practical short online course that covers one topic, delivered in two hours or less. By the end of this course, you will be able to create a structure for a course in the form of a MicroMOOC, prepare content for your MicroMOOC, and put it together using Open edX and prepare it for a pilot test.
